Mark Mathews is a writer and poet. He is the owner of Flush Promotions, a publishing company, and non-profit KEEP PACE. He has recently released Triple Threat Love Letter a written, audio and video experience that documents his life from 2015-2025. Our discussions focus on mental health, and creating as a means to constructively deal with emotions.

Message from the artist-
My name is Hannah and I am from Caledonia, just south of Grand Rapids. For as long as I can remember I have always been drawing and creating. As I progressed in my talents, I found my sweet spot in water colors and mixed media and I eventually fell in love with acrylics as well. My favorite pieces are often more surreal and often incorporate anatomical hearts and hands, some of my favorite things to draw/paint.

"Kalamazoo's most beloved Jeffrey Lillard was in a horrible accident on Friday, September 20th 2024. He was hit by an SUV while on his electric bike, leaving him in critical condition. Though he put up an incredible fight for his life, he unfortunately passed away on September 29th, 2024.
He gave so much to the creative community of Kalamazoo, showing so much energy and support to each and every one of us. Jeffrey deserves to be given back some of the deep love that he showed to us; He's left a part of his spark in each and every one of us, changing everyone he knew for the better.
The donations received are deeply appreciated. Thank you all for showing up this way for him, truly.
